Rule n° 1

The present conditions govern the sale by the company Claude Behr Favorites (C.B.F.) , located in Molsheim 67120, 8, rue de Touraine, in France.

Rule n° 2

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise indicated and except expenses of treatment and forwarding. The photographs are not contractual. All texts and images presented on this online store are for Claude Behr under copyright and intellectual property. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Rule n° 3

To order in this online store, thank you for ordering a minimum of 30 euros!

Shipping fees are offered for all orders from 70 € and more.

 => To benefit from this offer, on a order with this minimum amount, please select the Shipping La Poste (free) on the end of the order process!

=> For orders below € 100, from € 30  (minimum amount for an order on the online shop) please select the shipping cost of La poste, at the end of the ordering process (La Poste = € 8 in the European Union)

=> For equipment orders (with or without flies included) of less than 100 € and more than 0,300 kg, thank you to choose the shipping by la Poste/colissimo  at the end of the ordering process! (La Poste /Colissimo = 10 € in the European Union)

For orders to countries other than France, customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights are not within the purview of the CBF society. They are your responsibility and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of statements and payments to the authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

All orders whatever their origin are payable in euros.

CBF reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be charged based on the rate in effect at the time of confirmation of the order and subject to availability.

Rule n° 4

Packages are shipped within 1 to 5 days after receipt of payment, subject to availability of the flies. (Reminder: artisanal personally tying). If more time is required, Claude Behr will contact you promptly.

CBF reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason, particularly in the event of supply problems, or in case of difficulties with the order received.

These contractual information are presented in english and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of checkout.
