Caddis Nymphe Casquée-1

Here the red version of a heavy nymph with a tungsten head. Aimed at the river, it imitates caddis puppas (caddis) or  stoneflies puppas. Used as nymph, it often causes frank bites from the fish feeding at the bottom. I owe him my biggest trout with the fly,  a large rainbow of 70 cm, who took my nymph under my eyes, in the Sava, in Slovenia.
