With its red copper body, peacock feather for the thorax, and golden pheasant for the tail, this fly can be considered as a cross between a Governor's Nymph and a Black Pennel. I like fishing with this nymph / wet flies, just often excellent as wet flies in the lake. His name is a nod to one of my nickname. There is also a version with chartreuse green copper (NDC-1).
